Yes, he's a TV personality here in the USA. However, this episode was before he became famous. Usually, when celebrities appear on game shows in the USA, they're supposed to be in special episodes, where EVERY contestant in the episode is supposed to be a celebrity. And more importantly, their winnings are supposed to go to charity, not to themselves.

I think because Sony did not want people to win $100000 but one person in season 2 won $100000 and was the only one that won the money in season 2

@@yjmaxman541 Actually the oposite. It was never rigged in or against a player's favor. Only rigged when someone wanted to take the money and run. In this one the light stops one less than usual. On another, it hops from one side of the stage to the other. This was done I can only imagine just to have the epsiode in on a good note.

Yes it was rigged in season 2. In season 1 on two occasions, the contestant walked away with 5 drop zones and would have won 100k if the played Russian Roulette.

Here's how it works a drop zone opens in every 10 seconds. If you run out of time of you give an incorrect answer you drop however if you answer all 10 questions correctly in 60 seconds or less you will take home $10,000 or you can risk it by playing one final game of Russian roulette and if you survive that you will walk out of there with $100,000. And remember if you're getting stuck with the question. You can pass it and we well come back to it if there's time left. Alright?

Isn't there an episode where someone played for $100,000 with five drops zones and won? If so, I'd love to see it if anyone has it; That takes nerves of steel!

There was one episode from Season 2 where a woman named Maria won it with 5 drop zones. There were three $100K winners overall. Sadly, I don't have the episode.

Season 1 had two $100,000 winners: one with only THREE drop zones (Al) and the other with four (can't remember name). I think Al is why Season 2 changed the bonus round format from 5 "killer" questions to 10 speed questions. (can't blame 'em with having a 50/50 chance of winning $100,000) Season 2 had one winner with five drop zones (Maria).

@@killerb255 Todd Truly in season 1 had 4 drop zones. Al did have 3 and Maria had 5. Yeah the producers changed it from 5 killer questions to 10 killer questions due to budget cuts.
