This is completely true. Few people have noticed this. Happy to see the King back and happier than ever.

Alesso seemed to be really happy on stage again, and the progressive vibes that not only he, but also Nicky Romero and Martin Garrix brought to Ultra this year were stellar, which, imo, means the whole dance music scene is now back to the emotional-melodic state of its golden era (2010-2015)

Totally agree, I would argue each of their sets were the best I’ve seen from them for 5 years in terms of melodic, which for me was and still absolutely is the golden era for EDM for me personally (2012 always sticks out for me)

I think we all assume that these music superstars have nothing to be down about because they reap the material 1% perks of being incredibly rich, famous...and someone that people assume theyd want to switch lives with. I dont think a lot of us really think about how incredibly stressful and demanding this life is. And once you find initial success, the never ending pressure to continue to stay relevant and on top must be insane. You may think they should automatically be happy, but mental/emotional tax of this life must be incredibly hard to deal with. Alesso is an absolute king.

@@Mewzyc I think some future bass is really good. Illenium has released alot of more pop centered future bass but when he releases those festival and emotional vibes like "Feel Good" and "Sideways" i can really like the genre

His best set ever so far. Nearly all pre done( as a vast majority of these type of 'superstar dj's ' do but as long as the people are aware of that it's ok I guess. Not knocking the guy at all as I play a lot of his stuff on my radio show. This set is just as good as the iconic set from ultra 2014 he did.
