Capoluogo della omonima provincia piemontese, ha più di novantaquattromila abitanti. Sorge nella piana compresa tra i fiumi Tanaro e Bormida, fra Monferrato e Appennino ligure. Alessandria è gemellata con Rosario (Argentina), dal 1988.

Dear everyone, Hope everyone is well. My Nono was from Alessandria and don't know enough about his life. He was a man that left his home back in the old days to the Americas. It will be great to find out someone there that can help me to find out and help me to search about his past life, etc. We are very proud of our roots but my Italian is a disaster to try myself to explore this dilemma. I do have in hands he's birth certificate. If someone would volunteer to help will be extremely thankful. Knows sounds weird specially on the internet but need to try all sources.
