Maybe the cause of this problem is that the snare is too tight on the drum rack, so if you hit anywhere the drumset the energy of the hit will be transfered to the rim piezo easily. The solution is might you should put some soft material (e.g.sponge) round the metal arm of the snare pad where it is attached to the drum rack. OR. Disasemble the snare pad and get rid of the rim piezo,Just cut off the wires. (it is rarley used anyway so it wont be missed at all)

kego999 I did something similar. I wrapped a scarf around the frame connecting to the snare drum and it acted to help cushion the vibration that causes the snare to trigger.

I had this issue somewhat. I've found, that if i cut a piece of bike inner tubing and wrap the frame then mount the drum, it helps.

I think most of this drum owners have this, it's basically the sensor triggered when hit anywhere else I have it too nothing to worry about

I have an other interesting problem with this module. If I hit the snare and the hihat very accurately at the same time, the hihat has no sound. It is very annoying the drum modul is almost unusable... I don't know if anyone else noticed this problem or is it just me...But I'm very curious...how in the world was my module ruined and is it reversible? Plese comment if you have the same problem, or the solution. Thanks! :)

kego999 I just bought one from a second hand and I'm having issues with it. Like the sound fades away. I get no sound from every pad except the floor tom, that one is always working I'm kinda regretting buying this drum set :/
