Hi Melanie - first I found the middle between 0.716 and 0.724 - which is 0.720 - then I figured out how to get from 0.720 to 0.724 - which is to add 0.004 - does that make sense?

Hi Olivia - 0.720 is halfway in-between 0.716 and 0.724, and then the +/- is how much you would add or subtract to get from 0.720 to 0.716 and 0.724 - we are essentially just re-writing "between 0.716s and 0.724s" in the same format at the other measurements.
