I’m a broke mama (to grown kids-who come over to eat often) on a budget as well. Inflation being as it is, I’m much more careful about buying new things out of my comfort zone. 😬 I love going to Aldi to get their best deals and the food is quality. You are complaining about a $5 bottle of olive oil when I’m here paying $29 for that same oil in the USVI. Some times I wish I was living on the mainland but Caribbean life is peaceful. Expensive but peaceful.
