I think rowanstar would be wary of Alderpaw at first- after all, he's very family-oriented whilst Alderpaw just left his family for some kits he just met. Would he abandon a Clan again? but I feel like they'd end up having a good heart to heart and he'd come to respect the decision that alder made & see him as more of a son i also like to think that alder would befriend tigerheart as a brother but im getting overly soft now 😥

I really like this AU, except that Jayfeather was the perfect mentor for Alderpaw: he supported him, taught him not to be afraid to speak out and make decisions. Although this Alderpaw doesn't seem to need it. He is already very strong and determined.

I love how you highlighted Alderheart's relationship with Sandstorm! I can't believe I forgot she was his grandmother :0

I love the expression that Alder has in the last few frames. You can tell he's miserable and tired but he takes a look at Violet and Twig being happy together and all Alder can do is smile at them despite how tired he is. I LOVE ALL THESE NEW WARRIOR AUS TOO FRIGGIN MUCH

Alderheart has the power to flip the heart on his neck upside down whenever he feels angsty.

god i wish this was part of the actual books!! great PMV by the way! I like the effect that the heart on aldershadow's chest goes upside down when he joins ShadowClan, that was a nice touch!

I bet Alderpaw would of become a good warrior if they didn’t keep comparing him to his sister. She was better maybe but it was only his first couple of days

Now imagine Squirrelflight hearing about what Bramblestar did. Then imagine what she would do afterwards. Now, think of the other cats like sparkpaw, lionblaze, jayfeather, leafpool, sandstorm, firestar, hollyleaf, even goldenflower. Make up what they would do when they find out. (Adding in starclan cats since they are family and can visit Bramble in dreams)

This AU is so interesting!! The PMV is amazing, I love the audio in the beginning that sets it up and I could really feel the emotions of poor Alderheart/shadow!! Also, I like how he has one white paw in his design like Squirrelflight.

Critter G he certainly wasn't there for them until the end when he covered for hollyleaf and forgave squirrelflight, I guess it's pretty arguable about whether or not he's a good father. I feel like he didn't lie about starclan giving alderpaw a sign to be a medicine cat either as that does usually happen when medicine cats become recruited, but It is possible. Who knows.

Critter G he didn't ignored them, they were adult, he still loved them and in bramblestar's Storm he always thought about them with nostalgia... He never sewthem as not their child, he was, rightly, angry with squirrelflight and actually, it was jayfeather in the prologue of apprentice's quest who say that alder would become a medicine cat, bramblestar wasn't even really agree with. He tells to alderpaw about when he was young he failed too and he was for him, don't make him bad in the official book! I get the au, it's completely fine and great, but the books remain the books

I can already see the MAPs of this AU coming together.... But, on the other hand, this is a great idea! It does seem weird that the Erin's decided to have a third medicine cat. The logic is there in this AU, though.

As long as Violetpaw and Twigpaw are happy, Alderpaw's happy

Wow, I already ADORED this song, but along with this Alderheart/Aldershadow AU... *WOW* The animation and art are fantastic (per usual), and I'm interested to see if you'll do more with this AU later. If it's possible, I'd like to change up this AU and write a story based roughly off of this. I'd, for example, change Alderpaw's full medicine cat name; I've already got a great idea for it.

I LOVE MY BABY ALDERHEART!!! (aldershadow in this au) he totally would do something like that. Seeing how much twig and violet care for each other, and comparing it to how he felt when sandstorm was still around. He was devastated when she passed, so he couldn't break the two sisters little hearts. That smile at the end is so cute,,

Imagine you walk into the leader’s den and he just starts singing.

Just noticed this, but it seems like Violetshine has Vitiligo! I noticed she’s fully black when she first shows up, and a little later, she’s got little white flecks; then it takes up most of her face, legs, and her entire tail. By far one of the best and most creative Violetshine designs!

Honestly this au sounds a bit better than canon. It offers possible problems that teens might face today- re-homing, disappointed parents and it gives teens and children alike to relate to the characters. It also gives a bit of the twist, changing up the warrior cat books and having more unpredictable twists plots in the books. I support this AU all the way!! All of your ideas are amazing!!

With Broken Code out now, I feel like it would be a valid idea to say that Bramblestar had been possessed by the spirit on and off randomly, so maybe it was the spirit that decided Alderpaw would become a medicine cat. It's the only way it would really make sense, because he never treated Jayfeather, Holyleaf or Lionblaze like he treated Alderheart, even when he thought they were his kits. Plus it would make Bramblestar more interesting.

HSHFIAHF THIS IS AMAZING?? I love the idea of Bramble just being rude, he's such an awful character right now.

I love THIS ❤️! I watch it all the time and I can totally see how Bramblestar could be neglective to alderheart (my precious alderheart) but not to sparkpelt. I feel sparkpelt fed of her dad's ambition making her a mix of a scary tawnypelt and a more energetic squirrelflight leaving alderheart even more anxious thinking everyone is out for him thinking violetshine and twigbranch's separation was because of him

Your AUs are so good holy shit. It's making me wanna know how squirrelflight and sparkpaw react to alderpaw at gatherings and shit in the future

As a cool parallel to needletail and shadowclan, sparkpelt rallies everyone in thunderclan and they overthrow brambleclaw and sparkpelt takes over, with ivypool as deputy! squirrelflight is torn because she sides with sparkpelt, and believes that brambleclaw is wrong, but she doesnt want him exiled because she still thinks hes a good person, jsut a bad leader- its a complex situation all around!

Silverfire 12 I just personally don't think she has any aptitude for leadership and I don't think she WANTS to be leader so I think the decision to make her deputy was a strange one. So I think when sparkpelt like revolts squirrelflight backs her up

Draikinator Fair enough. She always did seem like someone who was more comfortable following orders vs giving them. I’m glad to see Ivypool getting that well deserved recognition tho. I always thought she and Hollyleaf would end up making a kick ass leader and deputy pair. (Also I have the image of Ivystar cuddling her mates (blossomfall and Fernsong) in the leaders den now.)

I didn’t look at the description about what exactly was happening at first and I what I took from it was that when Bramblestar and Rowanstar tried to separate the sisters, Alderpaw left to be with Shadowclan because what his father tried to do made him sick and it was the last straw for him
