Mixing all three primary colours (red, yellow and blue) creates muddines. So if you mix green (which is yellow and blue) and violet (which is blue and red) - you will get muddiness as all three primary colours are in the mix here. Once you know how colours are mixed, it's quite easy to work out if they will create muddiness or not.

I actually Love the blue one you said used a blending brush it would be a cool water background or a Great Lift background! What colors did you use and how did you use a brush?

So, I have a client who specifically wants just purple and lime green on coasters. I don't have an actual lime green so I mixed some mermaid with my dandelion and that worked perfectly. Buuut, as we know purple and lime do not play well together. I tried putting wild plum in between, but that still makes brown. I can't really use a blue or Turquoise buffer soo, do you have any tips or techniques that can keep these 2 from mixing?

TFS, or you can put down one color, let it dry, then put its complementary color down. Violá!
