Just leaving a comment to say that there are TWO Dark Iron Swords in the game. One of them is by talking to an NPC in the Harbor (the one that you erased from existence) and the other one is by opening a chest in Chenyu Vale. You need to do the "Wangshan Walk To Remember" quest to get to said chest. It's a Common Chest too so watch out not to miss it.

just wanna say this lol, chiori is DUAL scaling while albedo is SPLIT scaling, the difference is Chiro's skill and i think also ult scales both off def and atk it's just that def has a higher multiplier, while albedo is split scaling because his skill only scales off def while his ult only scales off atk (unless u get c2 but if i remember correctly it is the after effect of it not the big hit)

ion know who needs to hear this, but there is a second Dark Iron Sword that can be obtained now. i dont remember the region, i THINK it was sumeru but im FAR from sure so dont take my word for it, look it up online EDIT: THANKS TO THE TWO PEOPLE IN THE REPLIES WHO SAID IT! it's in Chenyu Vale, a chest accessed through the World Quest "Wangshan Walk to Remember" ! it's in an area located underground, which is again unlocked while progressing through that quest and something makes me think that there are more Dark Iron copies to come, because when I R2-ed mine, it WASN'T golden like it usually is when u Max Refine a weapon! (and, if you've played before the second one got added, you remember that the number was already golden when you obtained it from Chen the Sharp, meaning it was technically at max refinement)

chiori synergises with albedo really well, having a geo construct on field (albedos flower) lets chiori summon 2 dolls instead of 1

Literally made a brand new Genshin account in 4.5 specifically to pull for Albedo, this new weapon and Yun Jin + Gorou, and intend to play the entire story with as main DPS Albedo only once Snezhnaya is out :3 Cant believe he finally got a weapon that wasnt useless or event-locked :') Even got Redhorn on accident... Guess Beidou is gonna be my support now xD

I'll give you some advice for Gouro, give him the 4 exile sets to give a lot of energy to the team (I myself play it like this with Itto). the bad thing is farming this set which is obtained by defeating bosses. Albedo best boy anyway

I use Gorou on full noblesse. Mono-geo team doesn't lack energy anyway. And noblesse helps buffing characters. Ofc if you use Bennett on the team than you don't need another noblesse character, but my Benny is usually busy on another team (with Ayato or Navia), so Gorou is the one who buffs Noelle or Itto on the field.

Man I remember waiting forever for Albedo 1st rerun but like I got him, immediately lvl 90, triple crowned and his event weapon was the first weapon I ever lvl 90ed on my account. I made a main dps Albedo but I want a better criclet for him and I can't get an upgrade to save my life man, but now I'm just thinking of getting Jade Cutter for him since I wanted Jade Cutter for the longest anyways. I have to skip this entire patch for Father since I want her and her weapon and I'm getting close to around 200+ pulls for her, last character I need to pull would be Nilou but otherwise I feel like I'll probably be locking in for the weapon banner to finally get Jade Cutter and Homa.

As college instructor I too wonder why exams do not simply align with the time of the course. But as for why some courses happen at night as the default meeting time - as late as 6:30 through 9:15 - is to accommodate people with families or jobs (typically only grad seminars or crash courses with tight time windows happen here).

Itto’s first banner was such a blessing for me. Got an Redhirn for my noelle and an albedo. Been running them together ever since in various teams. My current one is Furina, Albedo, Noelle Flex. Either fischl for some much needed particles or xianyun for the greatest plunges. The other albedo team is weird since my core for that team is soo strong the last member can be whatever i feel like using. Its a C3 skyward r1 tighnari, a top 7% C2 R1 kagura yea and c0 prototype baizhu. If i need some AoE its albedo, he buffs EM so his burst isn’t a big loss, if i need survival its zhongli or lisa who has insane synergy with tighnari, is one of my favorite characters, deals great damage, triple crown c6.

Then, I tried her out and it was over for me bros, I finally have someone that I can pair up with my boi Albedo. I am now a full blown Chiori simp, and my love hate relationship with the geo element continues. Ah also, very spicy summons there! I will also be going for her weapon once she gets her rerun. Good luck on Arleccino when she rolls around too.

Congratulations 💛!!! It is a great sword for Albedo. I was also incredible lucky this time. I am a Kaeya main ( got his c6 after a half year playing, so I owe him 😉 ) but I also love Albedo so much and he dont come home for so long. I loosed my 50/50 twice on his banner in the past. So I saved for the time he gets a rerun and I waited so damn long. The new banner finally give me the chance to get him. I loosed my 50/50 again. But it was on the first 10 pull. Finally he arrived on the 77 wish then. I am so damn happy! Then I decide to pull for the Uraku bcs I dont have any of Albedo´s event weapons and he deserves a good one. At 30 pitty I got the Redhorn and in the next 10 pull I got the Uraku...I still cant belive my luck! Albedo is meanwhile crowned, on a great husk set and has cracked stats. I love playing him so much. He was worth all the waiting 🥰

@@GeoEgo_I think it’s cool I always wanted the little floating flower around my character, but for real the burst damage has been bigger for me since I got it, I think my highest with it crowned and Bennett burst around 60k and Bennett is the only buffer I got for albedo😅

BTW you can get a new black steel sword from exploring the new area of Liue

C6 Bennett doesn't matter in 2024 it's a good choice my C6 gaming is loving him If I had the primos I would pull chiori sword for albedo and chiori too at least I got albedo on the chronicled banner in 81 pulls with unexpected hunter's path after losing to skyward pride in total of like 51 pulls

You can get another black sword (and other limited 3 star weapons) in the new Liyue region. I love that you prio things you like over things that are "meta". But seeing how you did not know anything about Chiori tells me that you are at least somewhat casual while playing this game. Be careful because you could be impressed by things and regret it later. Chiori for example only works well with Navia at C1 ...

10:23 this percentage is wrong, because that's the percentage chance of getting two 5 stars back to back with no pity, however the first 5 star was not the unlikely event, and the back to back 5 stars could've happened at any pity number as long as the second one came after. Therefore I think the percent chance would just be 0.6%. Also you did the multiplication wrong anyway, its 0.6 x 0.006 not 0.006 x 0.006 because you still displayed it as a percentage and you forgot to multiply by 100. Sorry for the 🤓 comment.

There’s actually another Black Iron Sword in the new area of Liyue (Chenyu Vale). I don’t remember exactly where it is but if I’m remembering correctly it’s underground behind a broken wall in a common chest. The most common way of getting to it is doing one of the quests.
