Looks like a great summer opportunity to build a small, raised platform next to your boat, accompanied by a utility shed for storage. Add tiered steps leading to the platform for convenient access rather than falling and a compound fracture when out alone. You might also think about adding a winching system that can operate independently of the tractor. Hope you two have a good Christmas up there.

Glad it worked out for you. In the very begining it looked like you had some cabin fever and were frantic to get out for a while. To bad you couldn’t teach Raven and Skipper to grab ropes and keep the boat on the trailer until you get out and secure it. I’ll be praying that Dianas’ mom heals and the month goes by fast so you can be together. In know it’s strange but i worry about the people i follow. I came across everyone because i was stuck in bed healing from my operation and couldn’t do anything. It’s one of the reasons i can say ended up as a good thing because i found a few channels that had great people that helped me make it through my hard times and i’m very gratefull i found your family. I always pray and wish for the best for all of you and wish i could do something to help you through your hard times as well. The first year i was in so much pain i didn’t even want to be here and you and Diana were a big part in helping me through it. So as i always say Thanks for sharing.

Miss you guys a lot but I do understand how hard it is to get videos out especially in crappy weather I haven't got a video out in a year I put one out to day because I've been sick a lot this year and just all they could do was do the feed the animals so see you soon very good video very nice to see you take care of yourself this winter merry Christmas to you hopefully you're not having Christmas all by yourself like me always said Christmases for kids not adults the only one I got left right now is a granddaughter to worry about that's easy only two years old so she's easy to please quit liking Christmas long time ago because the so called wife always put us in debt and took almost a year to pay for it all about the money and that's not what Christmas is about I've always told my kids I prefer a homemade birthday card or Christmas card or a big hug then a bot present save your money put it in the bank

Looks like we will both need spending Christmas alone. We’ve spent several Christmas apart while I was in the military so it’s not something new. I When I worked at the mine guys were bragging about pulling a 5 week shift. Pffft try a 52 week deployment 😂 We wish you the very best over the holidays.

Not to say it isnt, cuz i wouldnt say the couple kales and such i have are actively growing…but they are still alive in pots outside on the porch. When it comes to spring and seed starting soon, i hope yall do some gardening videos again, iv sure appreciated them! Head pats to the animals, thank yah for sharing your time and experience!

Don't you have to lower the engines down on the boat to drain the water out of them when it's on the trailer

I do, but I raise them back up during these high tides just incase a big log gets pushed up on shore.

I was thinking and would it not be a good idea to use your tractor and lessen the slope down to the water? It could be a little slower but controllable. Cheers from Ontario.

The ocean determines the slope, we just have to deal with it. 👍

Hey big fella, just a thought wouldn’t it be easier to make a trail through the island instead of always working around the tides? Love the videos ALL THE BEST…

The boat is to heavy. I have to strap the tractor to a tree so it doesn’t just pull the tractor to the boat.
