man, i was 7yo when this song released.... i dnt understand english.... but the beat, stuck in my head back then and i love it... love this song till now...

WOW!!!! Thats all I can say about her voice. Just look at her..shes smiling. After all shes been through. Having her heart broke and being replaced so quickly she still smiles. It takes talent to even do this. Love her voice. It just gives me chills and takes my breath away everytime.

@rockracune... you're right. The US doesn't get enough attention and pats on the back for their righteous salvation. Let me say on behalf of all pop artists that were remiss in addressing you when they wrote their songs: THANK YOU, AMERICA! You truly are the planet's saving grace.

That was hands down the best peformance on that show since it's been first aired.

I heard this song years ago, didn't know who the singer was... till I saw the movie, The Way.... Jeeeesuuuus!!!! Cannot stop listening till then... Gracias Alanis!!!!!

She wasn't making some statement about the laundry list of things she "should" be thankful for or the people that needed to be given accolades for their hard work or bravery.
