I'm pretty sure it's "And like-all-others be damned". It makes the most sense within the context of the lyrics, and she loves hyphenating things. Also, "Aspirations of offering benefit through God's gifts used"

Well it's from the same batch of songs that were written for Havoc and bright lights.

Can one really get the meaning of that song and simply "dislike" it or ignore it? Or else I wonder why are we so distracted from the real thing... we see music nowadays as simply entertainment whereas in the past music meant to make the difference... make you think and realize stuff... Alanis is a great exemple of how music tended and still tend in her lyrics to pull you within...
