The new generation doesn’t even get it. This is what ambition and hard work looks like. Pure talent and a culture of integrity and genuineness. It was raw and real and felt. Nowadays they create a money maker scam and fraud made up of technological tricks . They were created in a studio and staged out. The kids parents are blackmailed into spending thousands of dollars for their ten year old to go to a concert and if you say no, you destroyed your kids entire social life. I had Led Zepplin, Deep Purple Ac/ Dc and so many more with energy and true power of connection for $55 general admission. We weren’t taking selfies to post on social media to say we were at some concert that does just that. That’s the whole purpose. The experience was for proof you were there and posting it on Facebook. Cost the parents $1500 for that selfie . We are in trouble and soon the entire population will be conditioned and controlled like mindless puppets

Alanis Morissette is the queen of alternative 🎼 🎤 like jimi Hendrix on guitar others have tried but her stylel, lyrics, voice, and genuine love for her fans cannot be matched. A musician myself she is in my top 5 favorites and had tremendous impact and inspiration in life.

Taylor has never cared about money or wealth. He was very humble all his life. Taylor chose the Foo Fighters because he wanted to be part of a rock band and could therefore influence the songwriting. Alanis was one of the biggest in the industry at the time and his job would have been safe with her. At that time, he still decided to take the risk. No one could have predicted that the Foo Fighters would become one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Taylor led them to success with his meticulous work and boundless passion. 🤍⭐

After Taylor had a very successful time in Sass Jordan's band, he drummed Alanis up for success ⭐ Alanis and Taylor supported each other very well at the beginning of their international careers ⭐ She gave him the freedom he needed to develop on the drums ⭐ Taylor's motto was always "You have to serve the song and not your ego" - that's exactly what you could feel at any time ⭐ his first international tour with Alanis is very legendary ⭐ Even after working together, they were always full of mutual admiration ⭐ Alanis often remembers her former drummer in her shows with a song and a slideshow ⭐ Let's take his boundless love, his enormous humility, his respect with us on our journey and inspire our fellow human beings to make the world a little more peaceful with his values 🤍⭐

or as Maynard of Tool says if you can't go 2hrs without it you have a problem and please go get some help. He equates it to the opiate epidemic but at times even worse because everyone is guilty of it. I will do a quick 1 or 2 min video of a song I really love then put it away out of respect of others but that is one thing i freaking love about Tool shows is if you pull that bad boy out during his shows you have a good chance of getting booted and if you do and they don't see you your peers see it and frown a pone it. You will def not see me pulling mine out. A guy in front of me at my last show in Jan 24' pulled his out to catch a little video during the show and as he tried panning i just put my hand in front of the lens so he got a good view of my hand and not much of the show. Maynard wants his crowd to stay in the moment and lets take a little trip together he says and you cant do that if half of the people aren't even paying attention to the show which is such a lose. He busts his ass to sing for those 2hrs. my other favorites are Phish shows most don't bother trying because you are too into the grooves and dancing that its impossible to get video or pics while jamming out. i will walk out of shows and say damn i forgot to take one pic then I'm like fuck it I didn't need it anyway because those past 3 and half hrs was like being at church and I'm sure when you are at church you don't have your phone out most of the time recording it and if people do you need to find a new church ASAP.
