Frame CAP at 30 FPS as it release GPU usage and less noise.
Due to VRAM streaming issue, while recording, high settings are the best to prevent textures not loading properly (if you wait a bit textures load, though). Even at ultra (just textures to high or medium) you can play without VRAM issue if not recording and closing other VRAM eating apps, though. Last update almost fixed it.
