I keep seeing older and older fighters as time goes on. Its cool to see youth extended the more we know about health and fitness

@@wudly9195well a lot of it is advancment in sports science especially stem cells and stuff. but also in mma you can be older in the heavier divisions then the lighter ones. There's never been a champ over 35 at lw or below and ww only has 1. Where you look at heavier division lhw jan is still hanging on strong, glover was what 42 with the belt, ofc the current champ pereria 38, DC was fighting for the belt in his 40s at lhw and hw, anderson silva defendes at mw til he was 38

foot stomps are legal but not many fighters use them

They're legal just not effective, usman used to do them all they do is try to keep the ref from seperating you but most refs are wise to it as a stalling tactic now
