It looked like the kick hadn’t hit him hard, but I was caught "grazing" when it actually hit the nose and broke it.

Yes, it wasn't until I saw the second angle 1:58 did I believe he had even struck him at all (I thought Hassan had simply stumbled backwards). Ngalani is wicked fast.

When i was getting some 'routine blood work' once, something was weird, wrong, idk... red blood cells, real low, same with another, can't remember name not leukocytes, but anyway the doctor ends up prescribing some testosterone and another strong one, ehhh nandrolone? Woah, i only required 4 months, 2 times week injection in leg or glute, at doc office. I went from 170 to about 203 in 3 months. Not incredible, but unbelievable strong. Only thing I hated, night sweats, acne on upper shoulders pronounced. I wouldn't reccomend to anyone though. My body got heavy so fast, my joints actually hurt from the stress. But went also from doing 6-8 pull ups, to 28! Pull ups in 2 months. I can still bang out about one or two more than before consistently. Haven't taken anything in like 2 1/2 years? I think I'm still more strong than i was before that. Maybe that's in my head tho. Lol
