is a hidden passion. And your desire to gain a living in the world, even though Allah has
put you in isolation, is a come down from supreme aspiration [al-himma al-‘aliyya].

It was very beautiful lecture which left me with few questions.How can we reconcile with this Verily, Allaah will not change the condition of a people as long as they do not change their state themselves )” [al-Ra’d 13:11] So who is initiator here as per lecture its Allah who put us in a certain state and then in the Quranic verse about its we who need to change the condition.Please elaborate?
