Mine burns quickly would you know why?

Hey so as soon as I put the 2 coals in it my coal tray broke. How hot do you need to make it.

It might have been a tray of bad quality, I have used two cube coals on mine and it has never broke. It burned the shisha unfortunately, but it has never broken. It's my theory that the glass was way thin but also was not made the way it should be for tempered glass when using hot coals.

I got it at the first Hookah Expo Worldwide, I do know it's still available. I have seen it on eBay and a few other websites.

Depending on the size of the parts most glass hookah parts may be compatible with that particular stem.
