A council of Sheikh were crying on TV after hundreds of thousands declared their apostasy online in Pakistan alone. The ex-muslim movement is growing at warped speed in India and Indonesia as can be seen by the massive size of the ex-muslim Hindi channels. The western converts are few compared to the tens of millions who are leaving Islam in the middle east and even most of them leave Islam within a few years.

It's not Allah's guide for mankind at all, it's Allah telling one tribe of Arabs about recent events, like they don't know. Since it doesn't mention anything happening with anyone other than the Arabs, and was revealed in Arabic, I can only conclude that nobody but Arabs were intended to use that guide.

There is three schools of thought about Mohammad. One, he did not exist, two he existed, or three, the one I think is the most likely is that a Mohammad did not exist & the Mohammad that appears in the Quran is a mix of different men who lived. A legend was built to show a great, powerful man that talked to God. Highly unlikely.

Could the Tayye of Mohammed mentioned by the Orthodox Syriac Priest, Thomas The Presbyter in his Chronicle of 634AD refer to the Tayye(Arabs) of Mhmd (Jesus) to distinguish the invading Arabs of 630/640AD as distinct from the Orthodox/Chalcedians? Juat a thought?
