Hello Friends... we were forced to stay at Aksa Hotel Srinagar by some unavoidable circumstances which you can find in my Kashmir Vlog series. This is a very bad hotel to stay. Never book it by going through reviews. Rooms are just Ok. Food is also not good. At night dinner was cold and no one was responding when complained. Room heater is just a myth..it was on whole night but room is cold whole night. This hotel can be a very good hotel if managed properly. Most guest we from hotel regal palace which were shifter here. I will suggest never book it...there are many other good options available online.
