I'm both shocked and sad he's gone, but I'm also happy he came in the first place. He really was an inspiration. RIP, King.

Akira Toriyama truly was a visionary. He inspired athletes, artists, musicians, and so much more and it is all thanks to Dragon Ball Z! R.I.P Legend, fly high to King Kai Sensei.

Fell to my knees in shock when I saw rhe Statement. I remembered when me snd my brother would pretend fight at the Bus Stop that was Shaped like the Ring at the World Martial Arts Tournament. Toriyama touched more lives than I thought and may he rest in Peace. I made sure to do my Tribute by doing the Fusion Dance wirh my friends to Honor him.

Thank you Toriyama. You have changed my life, always bringing inspiration from within because you have changed myself from within. You brought me the joy of Anime, and the countless battles of Goku fighting with a smile on his face. RIP in heaven. Your work will live on in many here.

Wow I remember playing Tobal no.1 on playstation when I was 11 years old but never knew Akira Toriyama had anything to do with it until watching this video. You can see the similarities with the game art style and Dragonball Z. What a legend.

Watching dragon ball.. then seeing Z and the iconic moment when Goku turns super Saiyan provided me the epiphany in real life….. Anything is possible. People say things were drawn out but it honestly taught me a life lesson of delayed gratification. Which I am forever grateful.
