Being kv student this song makes me emotional and remember my old days ….❤❤

Brings back childhood memories. I was, maybe, 13 when we had only half a day of school during exams. I usually reached home for lunch and while walking towards home used to hear this song. And since it was on radio and we all had only one radio station in those day, only the same song could be heard wherever we go. Nostalgic!

so overwhelmed to listen to this song.... travelled back to my school days. Thanx for uploading this:)

I just started singing this and rem its nostalgic thanks for uploading this was my fav song in assembly

I heard this song many times. But today, suddenly while tuning AIR Thiruvananthapuram, I heard this Gujarati song. It made me emotional. I listened to this song more than 10 times at one stretch, and learnt the lyrics, in Hindi and English. I thank the author for this wonderful lyrics and a melodious music that bind the human kind🙏🙏

Elated to see people singing and liking this song. I never realized it would become this popular when we first recorded this in AIR Bangalore. 37 years ago :))

I was in 4th or 5th class (age 10 maybe) in my school. There was a cultural event & teachers were making all the students to learn 10-12 songs in different Indian languages may be for some national festival. We wrote in our song copy. Sample song with tune was recited by teachers (I don't remember by whom)... but I catched the tune & basic lyrics of this Gujrati & a Kannada (i thought it was Tamil till now😂) song. I'm fond of music & singing so, I used to sing these song to my mother in home reading from copy & remembering tunes. Since then I hummed these song especially the gujrati one occasionally. Now I'm 30+ & this morning I was humming it again and thought of youtubing it & here I'm. Thankyou God for giving me simple & creative childhood. Thankyou creaters of the song. Thankyou all.

Some 35 years ago there used to be programmes in AIR teaching these songsS, songs of all languages of India I learnt quite a few songs from those sessions Brings back those memories Also there used to be a magazine from AIR in which the lyrics of the song if I remember correct with notations used to be printed It was one song per month

Me used to sing this song in KV in assembly almost 15 years ago. Today while brushing my teeth I suddenly remembered this song but I never thought to look it up on KZread ever. But I am so glad it is there. 😊😊
