Love that you simply explain when to use the items for akali in the beginning. Usually everyone just puts a build in the beginning without explaining anything.

Its probably because it only adds big amount of AP but does not provide anything other than that since the item he gave on the first few items provide counter effects against different type of champion. Rabbadon cap gives a lot of damage but thats just it, for akali who lacks utility for solo engagement rabbadons cap will be useless since it does not give anything that could support akali's lack of health pool for trading damage since you can get outplayed even tho you have the upper hand when enemy got low health.
