I love akashis list its the prefect ✨husband✨ for bokuto 😌

*idea* Oikawa is like insecure but is like a good baby and can pick up on Mental Disoders and staff because he’s ✨observant✨ so dis lovely baby notices Akaashi starting to have a panic attack during a match and signals to the coach to call a Time Out, so then Oikawa walks over to Akaashi and is like ‘Dear sweet Pretty Setter Squad Queen’ ^calms him down or something cause idk have to write it well. But yea that’s it I guess-

Me: **Crying** Kenma: "He can be useful sometimes" Also me: **Chokes on air**

This comes from a person who was diagnosed with a panic disorder: this represented it so well that it gave me flashbacks to the panic attacks i've gotten in the past... i'm so happy akaashi has bokuto, kuroo, and kenma to help him through it. the only people who know about my disorder are my parents and they don't really help me so it's just obsessive attacks that feel like forever until they stop. anyways, this was a really great video and i hope you keep making more of them!

Panic attacks are the worst thing that happened in my life. You really feel like you gonna die, it's almost impossible to breathe. I hate it, and it comes independently of me. Sure, I take medicines but it doesn't really work, so when I have attack and no one is there who I know, it can end really bad. During panic attacks, you are hyperventilating, which can lead to loss of consciousness. Panic disorder is really hard to heal, I can't stand people who don't know abt this and make fun of other person during their panic attacks. Anyways, I've always wanted to meet someone as here Kuroo, Kenma or Bokuto. Someone who would at least try to calm me down, breathe with me, hold my hand. But instead, they sent me to the hospital for a couple of months, which only got things worse.

I watched this video yesterday and for the past while I have felt very tense when I’m alone especially at night. Last night I started breathing really heavily and got very dizzy. I was very scared I had never experienced this before. I thought back to this video when Kenma helped Akaashi and it really helped me, apart from after I was shaking a lot. I didn’t know whether or not that was a panic attack but I just want to thank you for this video❤️😊
