This guy is the pinnacle of both bravery and resilience. Not only the fact that he was UKSF and everything that went into that, but the sheer strength of character to be who he is today. God bless him.

As a C5/C6 quadriplegic myself, my hat goes off to you for persevering as it's not easy at all, especially as you had an easy out. Not sure I would have kept going so you have my respect.

Holy cow. I'm ex-Forces - some stuff happened which ended my career and left me in a bit of a mess psychologically. I've always felt quite proud of pulling myself back out of it, but shit me this has put my simple, blessed life into perspective. What a man. What an interview. I needed this.

Amazing podcast mate

What a brave man, a true hero!

Our armed forces are the best in the world and our special forces the best of the best. Toby, and people like him, take even that up a notch. To have been SF and then have to completely rebuild your life is simply awe inspiring. Forget about influencers, social media 'stars', celebrities, even sports stars, people like Toby are the ones we should look up to and the ones youngsters should learn about and admire. Good luck with whatever your future holds Toby, you are an inspiration.

Being an X-Squaddy myself we are all part of a brotherhood, and we all have our demons to bare but what you have been through both mentally & physically is incredible. Stumbled across this podcast completely by accident and its given me a new perspective because if Toby can have a positive outlook on life then i sure as hell can! Truly inspirational because as someone who is looking at potential paralysis from a degenerative nerve condition its been tough but man this has really shown me that you can find the positives if you look hard enough! Truly inspirational Toby! And Toby your plugging worked because as soon as i finished the podcast i was straight onto the website and placed an order 😅

Dodge this is one of them shows where words can’t describe a person .Toby has been on a hell of ride from a young age which part of its cool for me trying new cultures from South Africa to USA and England. Talk turns a bit sour here dodge but for me any person man or woman serves for this country who gets injured should not have a worry in the world when you have got these immigrants crossing a dozen safe country’s but some now want to come to England but France and Germany etc this man goes down as a inspiration that’s the word I can use for him them tours he went on must be like a walk in the park to the battles after he’s had. Toby if yeah ever read this mate your probably a % of people who are who get a seat on the top table your a legend and a inspiration I wish you all luck and good health 🙌🏻👏🏻.
