Did the court do anything to stop Shaheenbag's roadblock, riots, and massacre? Any leftist got any sentence for propagating? Muslims use our civil code and law to run their conversion factory and propaganda. We just needed transparency in the law. Everyone comes under punishment but why not Judges? Why are they immune? They are not doing any charity but a job that pays. How much corruption in politics that much or more than double corruption exists in a court of law. We don't know anything about that bcz of the so-called "Contempt of court" threat!

Lower court me hindi ya local language chalti hai.. Haan ab Constitution ki hindi copy bhi samjh nhi aarhi toh... Constitution ki language kharab nhi tumhari hindi kharab hai

This is another wrong precedent the SC has set. On what ground they can do that. The SC had not taken into account how the Indian Society is evolving with all under currents of conflict and our society is inching towards civil war like situations. So, this decision of the Supreme Court is an irresponsible & unthoughtful. Perhaps, the UP government should move for a review petition and the Lords should be magnanimous to reverse their decision for the posterity.

There is nothing wrong in getting riot money from rioters but who will decide who is a rioter. What if some innocents are framed? There is a supreme court in India due to which this vast country has some sanity otherwise the country will become a banana country with kangaroo courts.

Ajeet ji is outstanding. I come from lower middle class too. I have seen my parents always avoid police and courts. They were law abiding, tax paying ppl. But even when they were wronged, they never went to these two entities. Why? Because these two stand for exploitation and not for justice.

Ajeet defined legal,moral,ethical issues surrounding judiciary. They are actively letting it down by imposing their limited knowledge on indian public at large. Instead they should focus on the cases at hand and corruption and pendency in courts. See the case of Arnab goswami. While the lower court in its order accepted that no case is made out against Arnab still they did not let him free on bail or personal bond even. HC also did not do justice later SC took the decision.

हमारे देश की बड़ी बड़ी अदालतों के औछे और बौने जजों की असली औकात बेखौफ और बेबाक शब्दों में बताने का जिगरा सिर्फ अजीत भारती के पास ही है।जिसके लिए ये बहुत, बहुत बधाई के पात्र हैं।

Ajeet is brilliant. Supreme Court should have at least 4 or 5 branches in different parts of the country which should perform appellate role of the SC. Delhi SC should handle just the constitution issues which should meet in Delhi when there are such cases. Otherwise go to ‘Appellate’ courts and discharge those cases. One factual error regarding Supreme Courts in each state in US. Those Supreme Courts are there to interpret cases related to that State’s Constitution (and not US constitution). Because Indian states do not have their own constitutions, that does not apply to India.

How Bhopal Gas tragedy case judgement was given on a particular day. That day the case came before the Supreme Court to decide whether the Victims can sue Union Carbide in the Courts in US & other countries or not. The question before the SC on that day itself says that there is attempt to deny the victims the forums that are available for the victims to seek justice . It is unfortunate our SC had to say that the victims can not sue in Supreme Court - I do not know what is the need for the Court to clarify on this. The SC should have refused to clarify on this part. It is for the US courts to say on this. But, on the same day, the Judge went into his chamber along with advocates from both the sides to arrive at the quantum of the compensation for the gas victims. This was not on the agenda for that day. Finally the same day, the Supreme Court delivered the Final Judgement that the compensation would be XXXXX amount (if my memory is right is Rs.480 crores.). Immediately, one of the Kennedy brothers who was a Board of Director in the Union Carbide company declared that it is only 50 cents per share holder and the Company is happy with the Judgement. I am not sure whether, the relieve & compensation amount is still lying with the SC or it has been distributed among the victims, as I remember that it was not done even a few years back. It is shame that a US company could do business in India and could escape with a least punishment after creating a great human tragedy where millions of people were affected and thousands have lost their lives. The Supreme Court is one of the actor in this sordid deal.

The presence of 'Praathaha Smaraneeya Shri Ajeet Bharti-ji bro' brought out the best of Hindi speaking abilities in Shri-yuth Kushal Mehra - "moolabhooth aavashyaktha". Kisi ney sacch hi kaha hai ke "kharboozey ko dekh kar hi kharbooza rang pakadta hai."

Corruption is NOT the biggest problem . The BIGGEST problem is almost COMPLETE LACK OF sense of Responsibility . Second problem is GROSS Incompetence Corruption is the THIRD . When something is explained by stupidity , intention should not be suspected .

Well said, Ajeet Ji. Everyone has a right to challenge/question the legal system. Yes, the old as well as the retired judges should give way to younger generations. These judges are greedy and selfish. If a retired judge is called upon, does he get his fees, on top of the pension?! Admire your confidence and your knowledge, as well as your wit. Agreed with AB. Every state should have a Supreme Court. Perhaps each existing High Court should become a state Supreme Court.

It would be very childish if the Supreme Court takes only the words but not the thought. SC represents the highest level in judiciary and their actions & decision becomes precedent, in that light, the SC should show maximum restraint.

Time for the judiciary to introspect and bring fundamental changes in their functioning and be transparent.

Infact this collegium system should come down at once to start the reforms in Judiciary.

The situation prevailing in our judicial set up has been very tellingly exposed by Ajeet Bharti. And just look at the privileges enjoyed by our courts. Despite huge backlog the courts indulge in fancy colonial hangovers (summer and winter breaks). Btw I won’t be wrong to say that every third day is a holiday in our court’s.

Justice K Chandru of High Court of Madras (at Madurai Bench) has delivered about 1500 judgements every month. I believe that he is holding a Guinness Records for the maximum number of judgements in his short tenure as a Judge. I am not sure why he was not promoted to Supreme Court. I am not accusing but such a person deserves even out of turn promotion. I do have a my own opinion about his leanings to CPIM & person like Hindu Ram - to whom I do not have any respect. But, they are seperate matter. Nobody can question the integrity of Justice K. Chandru

We should stop being afraid of these courts and judges and start being vocal against their foolish judgements and actions in a clear and harsh language, then only the things will change.
