I’m dark skinned and in my experience I’ve have always been told that I was sweet; I didn’t like that but who else could I be.

Dark skinned women look their absolute best with their natural hair. No weave. No lace front wigs. Short, close cut and natural. Super sexy.

I've been following Ajak closely for a few years now and she's one of my favorite models. She's such an epic beauty and I'm deeply saddened to hear her be mistreated like that. She and other dark skinned black models deserve so much more imho.

I agree, you can tell she is a sweet girl.. I think the casting director was just looking for something to complain about. He softly says hey, she doesn't see or notice because the environment is noisy. After all, she was told by a member of the director's team to go stand at the back. And he without even making an attempt to get within her line of site. To ask a clear question. Just gets on the phone to complain with the purpose of destroying her reputation. "Ah, the revenge of the narcissist". All this for a job that pays nothing. It's sad really, first they exploit her and then they damage her future earnings with slander.

I had the same working for Clarins and Dior counters it's very cutthroat I hated the way I got treated the customers some of them too horrible complaining just for the sake of it. Now I have no job 😔
