The most underrated Legend in the game
You can tell AJ learned a lot from Jerry. They had great chemistry too. These guys, amazing red & low ki made these early TNA shows worth watching

I miss AJ in general. He is wasted big time in wwe :( he could've been in aew and have 5 star matches with Omega and Bryan.

Jerry Lynn and AJ Styles always had great matches together.
To me this was the first big fued within impact. It was the equivalent to Jerry's fued with rvd. Hell these two fought in wwa before their encounters in impact

I was lucky enough to see Jerry hit the Cradle Piledriver live in Melbourne, before AJ joined the company, these two together live would have been great to see

Because of Lynn's match with RVD in ECW back in the '90s made me a fan of Jerry Lynn and one of my favorite wrestlers of all time.
Honestly loved the way the NWA-TNA shows were put together. The pacing of the shows was fantastic. The whole 60 minute adrenaline rush era was peak TNA for me. Sadly it's a type of wrestling show that will never exist again as every match on a show has to be 20+ minutes of moves and false finishes so a 60 minute wrestling show now would be like 1 match and a couple promo's.

Old classic low budget TNA was the best back in the day, I remember staying up late using an antenna to watch it.
19 years later and AJ Styles is STILL kicking ass in the ring. TNA massively dropped the ball when they decided to let AJ leave

Jerry Lynn is such a cool 😎 freaking dude!!!! I met him even took his picture!!!! Wished I still had it. I might even got his autograph.....actually not sure. If I ever see him again and I would thank him and ask him to let me get another picture of this legend.

It’s funny that audiences weren’t used to this style of wrestling, at least that what it seems like per their reactions . Just my opinion but seems like this style of wrestling ( that appears we’re more acclimated to now) was somewhat revolutionary to the western audiences at this time. It’s Crazy now, per my observation, how families this style of wrestling is so popular now compared and in contrast with the wrestling we were raised on; i.e; WWE AKA WWF, WCW, NWA etc.
