Starting with the「SIGMA GLOBAL VISION」released at Photokina 2012, the movie「SIGMA Aizu, Japan」has produced a sensation and created a big hit.
This time, we are pleased to introduce the the third installment to that movie「SIGMA Aizu, Japan」-Chapter III.
All SIGMA's manufacturing-right down to molds and parts - is carried out under an integrated self-manufacturing production system, entirely in our only factory in Aizu, Japan. Not only genuine craftsmanship but achieving long lasting products have become the essence of SIGMA.
We sincerely present to you this exclusive movie documenting the daily life of our customer support department in Aizu factory, who make unswerving efforts to provide the best service for our valued customers.

I just bought my first Sigma lens last week i've only taken it out once but what a huge difference i see the quality of the lens between Canon and all the others. There is no comparison Sigma is in a league of its own.
I was inspired by Nikon to buy my first DSLR. I was inspired by Canon to create more videos. I was inspired by Sigma to care about the quality of my videos. Arigatou Gozaimas. - Mr. Q

Thanks for the shown, I am folowing all your improvements, developments and innovations.
To think of it how much effort and pride is put in every single lens is just amazing. And my own 18-200mm lens was propably made at this facility as well.
I can't wait for my 20mm f1.4... Sigma is simply amazing!

Wow, the Aizu factory and offices look more like a research lab. Exactly what I would expect for Sigma :) Also interesting to see they have a collection of vintage slrs on hand at 1:29 for testing purposes.
always informed me that it can not blow the lens of the objective, but it was not what I saw at minute 4:50 I was not sure now can or can not?

キャノンとかニコンみたいなメーカーも同じような悩みがあるかしら。実際に問題があった，でも問題を解決するのにスタッフから何回も「大変ですね」と言われると逆にシグマ 製品の品質を心配になりそう...

晋三 Prime Minister of JAPAN 自民 安倍 ごうしょうでもあってます。一応ネット辞書、ごうしょうともいう、という程度でありますが、乗っている以上正式な使い方として考えて頂いてよろしいかと思います。方言でしょうか？
こんなピント調整の仕方しかしてないのか残念これじゃ一般のユーザーと変わりない
基本設計は良いのかもしれないが、購入時点で使い物にならない（極度のピンずれ）製品はいただけない。これをやめればサポートの人員も減らせるのだろうがUSBドックを販売して逃れようとする姿勢はどうかと思う。
このような映像は評判を気にしているからなのか？実際のシグマのカスタマーサービスはお座なりで全く納得のいく対応ではなかった経験がある。このような映像より実際堅実な対応の口コミを大切にしたらどうですか？社長さん！
