if you like iwamizu then start off by learning one of his pieces. It will be a goal for you to work towards. There's sheet music in the description as well as the video tutorial. Plenty of resources around on KZread if you get stuck at any point

You could get by with 61 keys but you would have to make modifications and it wouldnt sound as good. See if you can return it and get a 88 keys piano instead. The last thing you want as a beginner is to be restricted by the capabilities of your instrument. The roland fp30 is a good budget friendly piano to start with if you are looking for a recommendation.

I'm the one whose been unofficially making the sheets for his iwamizu covers. I want to do this one, but I'm a little burned out at the moment. It shouldn't be too hard since the left hand is pretty consistent, however the melody will be the most challenging part to transcribe, I'll start as soon as I can though.
