What is he on?? That stuff is not cheap. I personally have to save like crazy if I want a nice brush (or maybe f*ed up) and/or paper. In my opinion, the problem is he has no interest in you, 0. Move back into your house. It's up to you if you also want to give him another chance or break up. Move regardless... in my opinion. Your pace of residence has a huge effect on your mental health...

I don’t think it’s that much of a big deal honestly. If it is that much of a big deal for you then break up. Don’t waste his and your time as well. And find who you think can match you better.

Neither are really in the wrong they just need to communicate better. He wants to buy her stuff because he loves her and she doesn’t want him buying her expensive stuff but he does it because he wants her to have the best stuff not out of pride but love. So over all I guess they just need to talk, he can buy her stuff she wants not stuff she doesn’t and she needs to clam down a little because he isn’t doing it out of a bad place or to change her, it’s all because he loves her

@@vidareggum6118 not to mention he intentionally buys her "nice things" rather than things she thinks are nice. He knows her and knows buying her a Gucci bag as as thoughtful as buying a car for someone who doesn't have or care for a license.

In This story YTA because you sound ungrateful that husband can now afford and treat his wife. Even if you don't need them, he is treating you. Plenty of women would love to be in your position. At this point I would say you should call it quits and find a more arty type. Yes he's changed and he really chpuld buy books and stuff as well as luxury stuff.

If other women wants him, they can have him. Doesn't matter to OP now, I agree they should call it quits. He isn't listening to her. He doesn't care about what really makes her happy, what her hobbies and goals are. He only pushes to her the stuff that makes him happy. I agree it kinda sounds bad when someone isn't appreciative of gifts given to them but, what can they do when they really don't want the gift? And they've communicated multiple times that these gifts aren't making them happy, why does he feel the need to give her these stuff and point out that he gave them to her?
