I kinda don't feel bad for vox- idk I myself am Aroace like Alastor and if somone would have said they liked me I would have said no and moved on myself since us Aroace people it's hard for us too understand love like romantic and sexual it's not that we're just some robots who can't love we still have relationships and friends but anything romantic or sexual per say. Yeah amidietly no xD sure I kinda feel bad for vox but he should have understood and moved on- I don't understand how it hurts when somone you romantically like says no too you so maybe it's more painful then I think it is?- idk :'D

Okay I know Will Stetson’s cover is like the only one that is both male and in English, but in this particular instance, the connotations in his lyrics just work _so damn well!_ The possessive rage just under the surface, the hostility that hits so quickly and so hard, and _especially_ the resentment. The little minor splashes of scarlet and electric blue are the perfect amount of accentuation, and the gradual shift from lighter greys to straight-up black for everything else just really hammers in how irreversibly soured this former friendship has become. I love Vox as an entertaining villain, but man do I also pity his helpless obsession for a man who will never love him back. UGH I want more of the TV man and his history in Hell in Season 2 so badly! Yes his absolutely wonderful CRTV head and stylish turtleneck-and-blazer ensemble are also part of it, but… …INTRIGUE

I love how the background gets darker and darker the more Alastor rejects Vox’s love

This is so good!! I love the intensity, the emotions and Vox's desperation through every frames. Poor Vox, honestly, of all the people he could have obsessed over, it has to be Alastor. The one person who will never reciprocate his feeling.

This is absolutely incredible! This really conveys Vox's emotions after being rejected, the feeling of betrayal. On the other hand, Alastor's expressions showed that he did not think that it was that big of a deal, and was just another day for him. Their fight also implies that when Valentino mentioned that Alastor "almost beat" Vox that one time, it meant that Vox nearly died instead of beating Al by a thread, which is very interesting. This animatic perfectly conveys what might've happened between Vox and Al, so amazing job Ivy! ❤

y'all ever think about how vox genuinely liked respected and cared about alastor and how the proposal to join the vees was most likely an attempt on vox's part to connect with alastor on a deeper level by working together and helping each other (and also lowkey an attempt to ask him out lets be so fr) but alastor is the world's least emotionally intelligent person and also allergic to vulnerability so not only was he incapable of reciprocating vox's physical attraction he was also incapable of meaningfully reciprocating vox's desire for emotional intimacy and trust between them even on a purely platonic level, and how if things had turned out differently they genuinely could have been really good for each other and stayed close friends or even become more than friends (queerplatonic partners or asexually dating depending on whether you hc alastor as aromantic in addition to asexual) or is it just me
