Welcome back team! The trauma airway is an incredibly important topic whether you're in the trauma bay or anywhere else in or out of the hospital. There is a reason that the trauma ABDCE algorithm begins with A, and Airway is absolutely essential to the patient and you should be comfortable with it.

    As an ER & Peds ER physician rectifying for ATLS, I would say very Organized and Informative, at all levels. Especially considering the importance of “A” (Airway) and that if you don’t establish the “A”, everything else is over for your patient. Having Knowledge of key Airway concepts, being Organized / Prepared, helps your Confidence in managing any pitfalls along the way in Establishing / Maintaining “A”.
