True, in most normal situations. However in some situations, such as in a potential explosives threat, they may aim for the head. The ultimate goal is to stop the threat, and a person shot once in the chest still has the opportunity to detonate an explosive device in their hand.

XV25 is the only callsign that uses the same UK phonetics as the US police. Thats why I use it. The game wouldn't recognise callsigns like Trojan.

Thanks! You can set up custom backup with Ultimate Backup using the SpecialUnits.xml

It is indeed EUP. The base uniform is by State Zero mods, while the vest is from Hanako's pack. The base uniform is paid, however the rest is free. All can be found in my mods list
