I am a newbie with these AirPods so I was hoping you would reference when each version was released. Difficult for a newbie to know which is the newer, new or newest AirPods, huh?

I have the 2nd gen Airpods Pro and I just love them. Had the first one for 3 years and I’m so happy with the upgrade. The ANC is just incredible. I can’t go without them when I travel.

Got the Air Pods Pro 2 after using the AirPods 2 for more than 3.5 years So glad for the XS year tips, just love the ANC and the option to Chance volume directly on the AirPods.

The tiny pressure vent on the AirPods Pro tips is so undersold, it’s a game changer for any like me who find normal in-ears make you feel all plugged up and uncomfortable. 100%, the Pro 2’s have so much better noise cancellation than the first version, I need to compare them to my QC35’s sometime.

I had the Gen 1 AirPod Pros, but just recently got the Airpod Pro 2s for a trip to Cuba. Worth the money! Better sound, better base, better noise cancellation and most importantly, better transparency! I went to a loud concert on our resort and I put the AirPods on transparently and the adaptive transparency literally saved my ears! I tried transparency on my wife’s Gen 1 pros, and it didn’t do what the Gen 2s do. Now my wife wants to upgrade too! 😂

I have both pro 2 and AirPods 3 and use both. I end up using different sizes ear bits in the pro 2 to make them not fall out of my head.

This video was alot of help cuz i was confused on which one to buy between pro2 and 3, now i have watched this ik exactly which one to buy thanks ZolloTech👍

Are you using the airports pro 2 without any cover? Just got mine and wondering if I should get a cover as they get usually quite bulky and mag safe doesn’t work with most of the covers out there

Thanks Aaron for the video - I have the Airpods pro 2 - best combination of noise cancelling, sound quality, convenience and price. I would go for the Max IF it supported lossless, lets hope Max 2 does

Defined the delay with using any of them?

Have you guys had any issues with condensation inside the AirPods Max drivers? I wear them when I’m working, sitting down in front of my computer, and after a couple of hours there’s a lot of condensation inside the drivers. I don’t know if that’s normal and if it’s going to damage the headphones over time.

Do you use the max for video editing❓Pro2 for my needs. Won’t need the VR compatible ones for 4D so the top end of current purpose choices shouldn’t change. Nice video.💯 10:30

My airpods max is having connectivity issues with mac,ipad, iPhone- it gets connected very late to all devices. Once disconnected, to reconnect it takes more time. I already have latest firmware updated. Don't have any connection problems with - airpods 3, airpods pro #2 . It works fine. Can anyone tell what could be issue with Airpods max ?

I have the AirPods Pro second generation and I love them. I used to have the first generation AirPods Pro and I’m happy with the upgrade.

I have both AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro2 and they are both great but the Pro’s noise cancelling feature is a plus for me.

Which has better sound ?

Wife bought me the pro 2’s paid for em. And I didn’t ask which ones they supposed to be (very rude),and she didn’t notice until a week later when she mentioned it and I said no these are the “newer pro ones with MagSafe case”. She was pisst when she saw she paid $230 and these were $180. Unfortunately that happened. I feel bad for her. I love the AirPods so it’s whatever I just feel horrible that she got screwed for the $ from a real store. Stay safe all!!!

Regular AirPods don't stay in my ears, so I currently use the AirPods Pro, the 1st gen. Really like them, but the 3-4 hour battery life is annoying, when I use them most of the day both at work and home. I keep swapping 1 ear bud for the other, whenever the battery dies. Really want the AirPods Max, but rumors are saying a 2nd gen is coming later this year.

Love my AirPods 3. I get allergic reaction from silicone tips on the pros, and I don’t like the tips deep in my ear canal. Absolutely love the AirPods 3. Great video as usual. Thank you.

Air pods pro 1&2 have been problematic due to them popping out after approximately 20 minutes. I’ve just managed to get some apple pro max headphones, I’ve had them two days they seem very good the weight seems evenly distributed, I thought this may have been an issue, up to now okay. For home use they are very good. I have power Beats Pro for going outdoors. Thank you.

I still like the fitment of the 1/2gens. The 3rd gen fit ok. I don’t like rubber tip earphones. I haven’t tried the 2nd smaller tip or the foam tips. I am interested in the sound of the Pro 2gens

I did XYZ and XZY sounded great, but given something ZXY was great. Let me tell you how YXZ compares with ZYX by telling you some specs and they're all great. But I'll pick one that's basically all of them but always the most expensive.

What is the case on the iPhone?

I have the Pros and not ready to upgrade yet--I have the 1s and 2s I believe--and bought the Pros. Still doing fine and I will upgrade when they don't--but think I will buy Airpod Pros again (2) instead of Max--I like the convenience, size and the sound is quite good

Airpods Gen 2 are the only earbuds that stay in my ear..I wish they could go back to that design with the newer features

Having looked at Apple Community posts, severe battery drain on the AirPods Pro 2 seems to be an issue affecting many users (including me). From almost fully charged down to 30% to 20% in the course of a week ... when I'm not even using them! Some says it's linked to 'Find My'.

Just bought the AirPods Pro 2 as the original style are too painful for me to wear. Much prefer the silicone tips and find it’s easy to wear for hours on end. The microphone for calls is superb. Best feature is being able to switch between noise cancellation and transparency mode for when walking outside and needing to be aware of surroundings. The new volume up is nice too. The sound quality both in listening to music or on phone calls is great.

Pro 2s just fit so well with the silicone tips. Won’t go with anything else. 💯

Does the AirPods 3 comes with find my like the pro 2 ?

I live in NYC & found that I was maxing out the volume on my regular wired headphones just to hear my music. Bought the Pro 2's last month and the ANC is an absolute game changer. I couldn't imagine going back to life without it.

I agree Erin. I am not an audiophile but when I tried them I was amazed at the ANC. I was happy to spend the money. Yes Random I am an Apple fanboy because I enjoy using Apple products. Crazy how that works

For some reason my Airpods Max have constant connection problems to my iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 12, which are updated to 16.3 with firmware current. I almost gave up, then tried connecting them to my old first gen iPhone SE. My Airpods Max work perfectly with the SE! Go figure...

Love my AirPod 2 great sound and very comfortable with form ear tips

I can’t get AirPods to stay in my ears, so I went with the Beats Fit Pro. All the features of the AirPods Pro 2, but the ear hooks keep them in place.

I work at home and use my Air Pods Max daily. Love em! The noise cancellation is excellent and I always wear them on plane flights. I wear them 8+ hours a day and find them very comfortable. so much so that I forget I'm wearing them. Highly recommended.

i bought the pro 2 and there is hardly any bass in anything but sometimes there is bass which is nice and clean. to get bass i use spotifys equaliser which has the low ends turned up all the way and still there isnt much bass

I'd pick the 2nd gen AirPods Pro, since I could find a silicon tip that fits me easier than AirPods 2nd gen. Thanks for the video, Aaron.

I’ve got the AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Max. I feel the AirPods Pro 2 does a better job processing the spatial audio probably because of the new h2 chip but the max has a better sound stage

I am having a horrible click type noise on my AirPods Pro V1, thinking about getting the version 2 unless anyone here knows a fix.. Help

I personally use the AirPods Max the majority of my day, I LOVE how long the battery last, I only charge them when I’m asleep and because they charge quickly I can get back to using them! I also use my first gen AirPods Pro for in the car or during really active workouts. The pros are good but the battery life is getting worse. Once they die I’ll update them.

Awesome video! Have you ever tried any non-Apple branded AirPods or earbuds? If so, which brand of earbuds would you choose that are not Apple? Have you ever tried JBL products?

I’ve tried many. My choice for over the ear are sennheiser. For wireless Samsung and OnePlus make some decent ones as do Sony and others.

@@zollotech awesome! Good to know! A friend of mine recommended the JBL model that I am using. Although I have not used them much, I am figuring out which ear tips work for me. They do have multiple sizes, and I am finding that the smallest your tip is the one I need to use.

I have the airpods 3 and i love them the bass is strong and the sound quality is amazing 🥰

Same. I don’t want complete noise cancellation. The piece in the ear canal is also not for me. I am very happy with the sound quality of the 3’s!

AIRPODS PRO 2 for me. I have all of the AirPods except for the AirPods second gen. I just hate that, minus AirPods Pro Max, none of the stays in my left ear. I have to buy the silicone wing tips to help keep them in which works to perfect. I'm able to workout without them budging even a little.

I agree with you AirPods Pro 2 close to AirPods Max, I have both through my experience last month, it’s crazy same quality at half the price 🤯

i have the Airpods 2, Pro 1, and the Max and i use the Max almost 80% of the time. they’re perfect for when i’m walking around the store as the sound quality is great and it is visible enough that people know i can’t hear them and think i’m just ignoring them. they’re also very comfortable and don’t grease up in my ear from wearing them for too long. i love the sound quality of my Pros but the tips get uncomfortable and i find myself having to take them off every now and then to clean my ears then put them back on. the battery life isn’t great but then again, they are getting old. i mainly use them at home for leisurely cleaning and phone calls as for my Airpods 2, i just use them when i want to listen to music while my Pros are charging and to use the Max’s at home would be silly.

Pro 2s completely replaced my Sony WH1000MX3s. Way easier to slip in my pocket when going anywhere and the ANC is just as good. Also Atmos with Apple Music is pretty cool.

After 5B59 Update last week my AirPods max finally fix the noise cancellation issue and improve the sound quality A little bit and the battery life is so much better than AirPods pro and 3

The 3’s. I like the convenience over the max and I don’t like the silicone tips of the pros.

I own all 3 of the AirPods and the AirPods 3s are my favorite. They are light and don’t go inside my ear canals.

I had the APP1 and they made my ears itch and ooze. Great to know the 2nd Gen seems to have fixed that. I’m more of a casual listener but I do put emphasis on the best quality for listening to music. I may gift the AP3 to my son or daughter and grab the APP2!

I have the pro first generation but preferred the normal AirPods second generation. I bought the 3rd generation but didn’t like them painful on my ears (to small ears). My daughter loves them and seems to have bigger ears. Probably gonna give away first generation pro’s and get the second generation. Hope I like them better.

I have all 3 and use the airpod pro 2 when im out and the airpod max when im home and i can use them on my switch for gaming The airpod 3 i got as a gift and never used before

Guess I’m part of the small percentage that loves AirPods Pro but no matter which tips they still don’t fit. Upgraded to Gen 3 from gen 1 and they still fit fine just a little bigger. Wish they made a Gen 1 form factor with all the “Pro” capabilities so people with weird ears like me could fully appreciate them 🥲

Try foam tips. I upgraded to the airpod pro 2nd gen and had the same issue with the eartips. When I tried some foam eartips off amazon, they fit way better and are so much more comfortable. Saved my airpods tbh

I have AirPods Pro 1 with the MagSafe case. I wear them all the time and really enjoy them. I can even sleep with them. Every once in a while I hear a weird feed back sound for a fraction of a second. Normally only when taking it out of my ear. They are pretty new so wondering if it’s the latest software update

It might be that you accidentally changed the volume when touching the stem. I have had that happen here and there depending how I put it in or out.

@@JTech22 my version you can’t change the volume on them. It’s weird. Hopefully they aren’t going bad. Can get it to happen touching either one but doesn’t happen all the time

@@ickess If they are first gen AirPods Pro they won’t have volume controls on the sides. I misread the original comment, sorry about that. The feedback sound doesn’t sound like it should do that though.

@@ickess The latest firmware version for them should be 5B59. Have you tried unpairing and repairing them? I know at a time Apple had a repair program for the 1st Gen AirPods Pro. I don’t know if it’s still going on.

I enjoy using the AirPods 3 and I have the beat studios buds

I continue to be disappointed at Apple offering lossless music from their library, yet STILL continue to NOT offer any support for lossless listening in their premium priced wearable lineup.

I have a pair of old Bose QC25's that I use at a computer, a pair of Sony H1000 XM3 for bluetooth, and I recently got a pair of Airpod Pro 2's. (Thank you, Costco clearance sales). (Also, networking guy, spend a lot of time in datacenters, I don't want noise cancelling, I need it). Anyway, I only picked up the Airpods so that I would have something that literally could just always be in my pocket and it's more more gym/sweat friendly than fully enclosed headphones. Also, the handoff from one device to another was a big part of it. I would not buy the base model airpods, mostly because apple's earpods have never fit my ear.

i went from the very first airpods to the airpods pro 2, and what an upgrade. i love the pro 2's, but the only issue i have is that it tends to get uncomfortable after wearing them for a while. i tried different ear tips, and i realized that i think the main head of the bud is what gets me. my ears are tiny, and the top vent tends to rub against my ear and cause some discomfort and pain. other than that, they're great

When watching movies on Apple TV with Spatial Audio, is there a big difference between airpods pro 2/airpods 3 and AirPods Max? Does Spatial Audio sound much better on AirPods Max than on AirPods pro 2?

Airpods 3 for me, and for over ear headphones I use Sony XM5. I really like the Max but for that price I got both the abovementioned.

hope that you are not using XM5 with iphone, if yes then it's just waste, sound quality is not even close to that what you get from flagship android phone, lack of LDAC on apple is just lame, and now apple even doesn't support aptx, AAC via bluetooth has low bitrate on apple devices.

@@ThereIsOnlyOneRandom You are spot on. I have 2 phones, an iphone 12 pro max and an LG G6 which I got for £50. The XM5 are infinitely better on the G6 thanks to LDAC. I also use the G6 for FM radio to listen to football as iPhone doesn’t have that either.

you plug them in to charge. If the battery goes bad sadly you have to buy new AirPods
