I have an idea on how to make the flare countermeasures work better. Instead of having an immediate release button, make it so that it’s slower, so it doesn’t completely miss. You should also( if this is possible) make the flares faster, to intercept the misiles faster. Or you could just have a bunch of shrapnel that flies downward. These all might take a long time, but I believe they will be appreciated much more.

I like how the scatter missiles are like "eh" when they hit but the planes, feeling pity for the missiles are like "oh no now one of my engines are suddently gone!" and just fall from the sky lmao.
