Greetings Pilot Pete. Enjoy your channel, thanks for giving us a glimpse into your world. Much respect for your discipline on diet, exercise and rest. Doing any task at night when your body says no is a challenge. Circadiam rhythm is reality and the sleep monster is powerful. I have always had an interest in commercial aviation history . My Grandfather started flying for United in 1928, flying mail and passengers. The aviation highway of safety was built by his generation and others who made the ultimate sacrifice. Stay positive, safe travels.

Does it happen when you want to take an hour nap before night flying that you can't fall asleep? How often does it happen that you can't take the desired nap? 10% of the time? 20% ? 30% ? Even more often? Just curious.

I feel like you added that explanation of that 48hr layover on where it's at on the sheet just for me lol. 😁 great video as always
