I will check the requirements and try it definetely myself but I'm not expecting flying colours like Swayne :D (actually I'm less worried of 1.5 mile than pushups :D)

Swayne you need to challenge Sam to do the MIA Terminal D "Late Pilot Run" - the full on sprint from Checkpoint#2 to Gate D60, with Starbucks in one hand and pulling a flight bag in the other. Minus 10 points every time you spill coffee or run over someone's foot with the bag. Great job guys! #USAF

I cannot stress how healthy running or even walking is. Anything to keep the blood flowing through the body. It also feels really good when you are done with the run or long walk.

Great video! In AFROTC we conduct our PFA once a semester, typically towards the end of the semester-mock FAs are conducted at least once a month so we can see where we stand. Of course with COVID the Big A has postponed all FAs this semester. Our Detachment requires a 93+ for us seniors, I’ll be glad when I take my QFR and FAs after that only require a 75+ 😅

My son got the LOA from Army, Navy and Air Force Academy. We are seriously reviewing the choice which the Academy will fit to him. Thank you for your a lot of info. Your videos are much helpful to us.

Great job both of you, looking forward to future uploads!

I wear glasses and have pretty bad eyesight, and I want to fix it, but I have to spend time on screens all day for school and etc. do you know any way I could slowly improve my eyesight? ( I have a few years, around 8-10) It’s ok if you don’t answer right away, I know you’re still in the Air Force working. Have fun :)

I love how their clothes are reverse colors of one another. Just couple thingsss

Physical fitness is my weakness, sedentariness is second nature to me. AF would probably disqualify me for that. But good job to Swayne he did a good job.

At least you can work on that. I have excellent fitness, muscles, go to the gym 6 days a week but my vertebrae is permanently cracked and disc bulged. I can’t join, but all you have to do is walk outside and do some push ups.

I was fat as fuck bro when I went to meps (had to get a waiver) I never knew how to do a push up or sit up, but passed flying colors doing my BMT physical test in week-7 of BMT (final week before graduation week shit)

me wondering who the pilot will be: me seing swayne martins face and going ohh hell yah... watch him litterally every few hours and have seen almost all his vids

Oh god i have physical test on 05/1/2021 in Ethiopia for air force and this one is helpful thanks a lot and pray for me

Maximum scores just show you what you need to do to score a 100%

If you do not meet the minimum score on ANY of the 4 components of the Air Force PT test, you automatically fail the ENTIRE test.

We get 9.00/9.30/10.00 min for under 30 for excellent/good/satisfactory timing and we 1 min for those who cross 30 In India

If you are in any half way decent shape at all, you can pass the afpft. It's stupidly easy.

Another thing is he was allowed a big distance between his butt and the back of his shoes. When I did these at Scott AFB, I had to have my Butt within a fist of the back of my shoes. The shorter distance makes the task much more difficult.

Sam should try the "ATC giving you 9L on a go-home day" challenge. It's one of the most brutal any airline pilot has to face.
