AIRFIX 1/32 SCALE MULTIPOSE WWII BRITISH INFANTRY
A six figure set from Airfix reissued in 2014. Contains acrylic paints that are not very good so enamel is recommended. Cement is also included and two brushes. Good value and some nice poses. There is also U.S. and Germans in this series too.

The part you identified as the spare Bren Gun barrel is actually an entrenching tool wallet, Airfix should have included one for each figure.
Thanks for showing off this kit as I've always wondered what they were like. Getting back into modeling, but going for 1/35th scale zombie/apocalypse type dioramas and see that I can use these figures by modifying them to look like civilians. What I really like is the heads being separate. And while these figures are 1/32nd, I'm also planning on using HO & G scale railroad figures modified to look like kids/teenagers.

Old, bald fat man you're welcome.
It seems like you build these straight out of the box. You should try to degrease them in water with dish soap. And spray them with a primer. When primed, acrylic paint will work like a charm. Believe me! It is worth the effort! Painting will feel entirely different. Also assembling them first and then painting them. The results will astonish you!

primer paint from a can. it comes in black or white. just give them a light coat.

There anklets and the "bren barrel" is an entrenching tool in its cover with the handle on the outside

Cheap and killed German's, what more do you want. German's copied it the MP 3008, around 10,000 in early 1945.
Can you mix and match the weapons for example replacing the crouching man's rifle with a sten gun?

You can. There’s an infinite amount of poses.
What colour did you use for the webbing and day sacks?
I msy use them as. Early. Off mixt us awuoent. German. Weapons. Or. Arab legion.
