    This was a lifesaver. Just got mine, literally today, and took the pamphlet's advice about disassembling it once it seemed like it was clogged. I thought I had broken it when all the twists and pulls yielded a pile of tiny components. Thank god I found this video. First time I felt like I learned something from the break it and repair method.

    OMG!!!!BRAVO 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Thank You soooo much. I'm new to airbrushing and my airbrush was so clogged I had to let alcohol soak in the cup a few minutes to get the needle out.NOONE has shown aligning the needle with the tip NOR to make sure the lever guide was leaning forward..that guide was driving me batty ...your tips were Awesome. My problem was that darn trigger..it was perfect until I replaced the handle..then the guide wouldn't move or I'd adjust and the handle would go on all the way 😡🤬 I finally figured out to loosen the tip at the end of the handle and it was fine...I have the Master G23. Air is coming out...we'll see what happens when I try paint . Your video was helpful in so many ways...Thanks again for taking the time to make and share it.💖❤

    I dissasembled my airbrush, and after reassembly the spray was crooked and sputtering. So on a hunch I loosened that small piece you use the mini wrench on just a teeny tiny bit, and now it works fine.

    Does you trigger push down and come back up? I would check the the air release valve. It what your trigger pushes down to open the way for air to enter the gun. It sounds like it’s stuck open. Maybe some Paint got caught in it, you could try a Q-tip and some paint thinner and try to clean it and loosen it up. You and use the flat part of you needle to push it up and down to see if it’s suck or not. Hope it helps.

    ya. throw it on. it filters the water that may be in your compressor. AND it does'nt hurt to have it on. but it SUX when you dont have it on and a blast of water sprays from your gun and blasts out the last hour of you artwork. good luck and keep on truckin'.

  • @CrashNburnRC

    @CrashNburnRC

    Жыл бұрын

    Where your air hose connect to the gun, there is a valve inside the gun. The little rod slides down into the hole that contains that valve. When you push the trigger up and down it activates the valve to open and close. Hope it helps.

    Hi, thank you for your video,, is there a way to contact you, my name is Armand. I'm having difficulty disassembling the bottom section of the airbrush, there's a part of it that is clogged, so the trigger isn't bouncing, Do you have any suggestions?

  • @CrashNburnRC

    @CrashNburnRC

    Жыл бұрын

    I’m assuming you are not able to unasseble the trigger/ air assembly. I’m that case you have to go nuclear. Get some paint thinner and put some drops down there and keep working the trigger. Even soak the whole gun in paint thinner for a day or two. Just keep working the trigger to unclog the paint. If you do get it unclogged, put some machine oil down there to loosen things up. If it unclogged. If this fails, you may have a damaged spring in the air release valve. And sorry man, it’s trash. But looks for this feature in a new gun that allows you to unscrew the trigger/ valve assembly.

  • @CrashNburnRC

    @CrashNburnRC

    2 жыл бұрын

    It’s likely you have a paint clog. Try putting some paint thinner (solvent) in the paint cup, pull you needle out of the gun, put your finger over the nozzle so no air comes out of the front of your gun then push the lever down for air. This will run air back up the paint tube and out the paint cup. If that doesn’t clear it, take you gun apart and clean everything really good.

    You might be able to get by with using some Teflon tape. Wrap a very narrow piece of it around the threads of your nozzle (making your own "rubber band"). You may need to wrap it around a few times to build it up to seal. I don't know what kind of brush you have but I assume it might not be a name brand. I think that a O-ring assortment might be about the same price of your airbrush. I think the Teflon tape will work though AND it's like $1 at any hardware store.
