I'm a home stager and I help Airbnb hosts get more bookings through design & making over their spaces. I highly recommend white sheets because if they are stained you can always just bleach them. Once a colored sheet gets a stain, it's extremely difficult to get rid of the stain without discoloring the sheet. Also, people associate cleanliness with white linens. If I see dark sheets on a hotel or airbnb bed I would immediately be wondering if they are clean or questioning what stains they are trying to hide. That's my expert advise followed by my personal opinion. Thanks for the excellent videos! They are interesting and informative. Kudos on your successful business and channel.

lol, the swan fold is so 1985. y'all keep doing that and i'll fold my towels like it's 2022. I do agree that it does give the room personality, saving you on decor purchases. I still think people will love a larger towel (larger than what you're providing), regardless of how you are folding them.

The towel sculptures reminded me of a funny story from a trip I took to Egypt. Many of the hotels made towel and blanket sculptures for the guests but on a Nile River cruise. some yahoo on the room service staff made a comforter/towel person and set it on one of the beds. It was a fake person constructed of two extra comforters, a rolled up towel and a discarded Halloween-type mask. There were two of us staying in the room and room service person borrowed a pair of slippers to make feet for the fake bed-sitter. So imagine entering the room at night like I did and seeing a silhouette of what looks like a stranger sitting on a bed. Startled the crap out of me, seeing somebody sitting there in the dark. At least I could laugh about it later. It's a good thing my roomie didn't see it before I did.

I would add- Use a cumulus sheet/cover as that top sheet. Additionally, be sure to 'cure' linens in your linen closet, ensuring they are wrinkle free on your beds. To cure, take them out of the dryer when they are 97% dry....just barely damp to the touch (in extremely humid areas this is not necessary), fold them nicely and stack in your linen closet flat until use.

Love that you are tackling this topic but first you should break up the videos into separate subjects. You never showed how to fold the sheets to keep them.from wrinkling. You need to slow down and take your time. You talked so fast and so rushed, half the time I was not following what you were saying and doing. Re shoot the 3 sheet method so we can actually see what you are doing. Use a different color duvet or sheet because you can not see white on white. And lastly, do you know how hard it is to pick up and throw out a king size down comforter with a duvet on it?? I am a strong woman and it's hard as hell! There are easier ways to put on a duvet cover where you dont have to throw it in the air to straighten it out. Great subject, horrible presentation.
