    Great suggestion. Although I won't be able to cover all areas even in Metro Manila so some may not be firsthand experience. Have some data privacy too with my partners so it will most likely be a ranking or a range in terms of figures

    hi mark. is federal land bgc still not allow airbnb( short term lease)? it was working before and they stopped and wondering if it opend for short term lease again. in case.

    Hey Mark wondering if you you could give me some insight on dealing with Megaworld as I’m a new investor in their properties and I’ve heard a lot of bad things about them?

    Their most recent works are an improvement versus their older buildings. The admin is generally more friendly versus SMDC who are more stringent with their rules and procedures. But as with both, there's no way to fully assure that the unit that you're getting is very good or just so-so.

    @@ZiggingbyMarkSigg thank you Mark, I bought the presale condo in BGC at Megaworlds Uptown Arts. It has gone up in value , so they say, since I've bought it but after stumbling across a few different videos and sites I have to say I'm become discouraged. I'm considering trying to sell it. My agent is very nice and helpful which is nice but just a lot of horror stories I've come across recently worries me. I hope it doesn't turn out to be a bad investment! I appreciate your help
