Just a suggestion, you should measure from the backside mount on the rail where the bimini hinges to get a more accurate measurement for that 14 3/8' I found my front mounts were slightly different and to play with it a bit to get it right, once I got it, I measured from the back and repeated on the other side and nailed it first time.
