Just make sure your brushes are COMPLETELY dry before closing up the drying rack. They WILL mold if the wood is still wet. I know from experience

Really wished this video came out before I washed my phantoms a few months ago. I washed it using those shoe cleaning kits from the mall and totally messed up my sneakers good thing is that the sneakers are black so u can’t tell but the only bad part is the nubuck on the front of the shoe isn’t soft no more but we live and learn from our mistakes

Soundtrack goes crazy

From experience one of the toughest shoes to clean. Wore them once and messed them up. Cleaned them up as much as I could (8.5/10) but the material is definitely unforgiving.

Hey man I own a pair of phantoms and got caught in the rain. My right side toe area is dull but luckily my left is untouched. Idk what to do

Am I the only one who noticed that the shoe they showed before and the shoe they used to clean were completely different pairs

while i use mink oil for protection and softness it does not replace color lost in the cleaning process. So be prepared to replace color with Rit dye. DO NOT use suede dye unless you know for a fact it is 100% color match, once thats stuff is in, it aint coming out lol. Rit dye whoever is great for adding back some lost color, either from age, wear or cleaning. you only need to approximate the original color too, doesnt need a perfect match. make a watered downed solution and paint on multiple coats until you like the result, wont be factory but it will come out very good and brings new life to old SBs and other quality suede sneakers. even works okay on crap Jordan brand suede. good luck!

@@RESHOEVN8R all the time! probably on my 20th can. but while it makes the material darker it cant replace color lost , at least not nearly as well as dye. try for yourself, it works great. then you lock it in with the mink oil :)

I understand cleaning it w dust and a little dirts but how about if cleaning the outsole w sticky dirts, muds & somewhat poop. will it be nasty cleaning it on the table or under a cloth? really depends how dirty realistically the shoe is. Cleaning in this method only for those sneaks that are used lightly in cleaner pastures or inside mall and carparks.

This cleaner can be used for all things not just dusty shoes.

I cleaned mine, not too long ago I knew they were gonna bleed for some reason Nike and any type of black shoe seems to bleed that in any type of Red **cough, cough Chicago Air Jordan 1s** I cleaned them I knew not to oversaturate them and they do clean each panel one by one and also reset the napp … but you need the mink oil thats what actually saves the shoe

Can you try cleaning eggs from suede shoes ? I have this problem where I was on a pride event and some bunch of kids threw eggs at us for no reason, ruining my Travis J1s. Or what should I do to revive the suede from the egg ? I cant get it off

Drying directly under the sun will ruin leather even canvas sneakers so don't do it as I ruined some of sneakers doing that.

Now I know not to buy these shoes.

Can't even just let it sit in water for a couple of hours? That will most likely remove 80% of that dirt. Before listing it to E-bay wtf. I'm sorry but this shiet ain't realistic. An intern was probably just asked to trample it in mud lol

This stuff is a scam. If you have shoes that nice don't wear them in mud.. And if you can afford to get expensive shoes wrecked you can afford to buy new ones. These guys clean shoes and re sell them for market value. Just buy a pair that wasnt completely dog walked instead
