So glad you're back on youtube! I picked up retail of these and my tell tail sign is the scratches on the brown. Mine literally had small scratches straight out of the box and every retail pair I see, including yours has them! You still do the best reviews!

11:14 One thing I keep looking for in all the real vs fake Palomino 1 videos is this. The one thing that every fake sneaker factory has missed in this first wave of Palominos is how the Nike logo has a black outline. Every single retail pair has this and none of the fakes I've seen on youtube do. This was the one consistent thing I could find that differentiates a retail and a fake pair. They're that similar lol Feels like this is important to share because some of the best fakes are literally so close to how a retail pair look and having that one dead giveaway that exposes a shoe as fake is so helpful for legit checking.

I love my reps. They even came with extra matching brown laces. The did have the floppy insole and the color of the suede was the same shade through that heal lip. They also smelled like a shoe store. All for $100 shipped.

I got a UA pair as well and the few things that was wrong was the brown wasn't ashy and the wing logo was embossed and not debossed. This was the first batch so I'm pretty sure it will get better and spot on. All the other test passed, even the smell lol, I just subbed bro! Great content

My leather was also stiff tho it was soft like the UA pair you had it was like the retail stiff like you showed

Yeah, thought the same thing. Reps brown I saw at a Flea Market...the brown was TOO light, plus like you said, no ashy texture...too smooth..no flaws, scratches. Which I expect on the real deals.These reps do get much better after the general release...so thats coming soon no doubt! That texture on real Palominos reminds me of same darker brown old Timberland boots I have, yeah, they scuff, scratch easily, but have amazing patina over time. Guess these authentic non coated Brown suedes may do the same?? No idea. Still...love these. Retail is so hard to grab now, The 'L' I took on SNRS...whatever with that app, p*ssed me off after seeing so many grab them and so many available in my size. Honestly done with the app. Local stores, nothing Sat 9/2 by 12pm last weekend. Few restocks last wee, even today!, dose off for 2-3 min, you're not getting them. SO..I bit the bullet and grabbed them off GOAT. THANKFULLY resell is not horrific. I've been wanting these since late Winter when I first saw the pics, now I cant wait to finally get them!

I peeped that you got the real pair from GOAT. Where did yours ship from? I am still waiting to receive mines as they are coming from Taiwan.

I copped my retail over the weekend. The box was damaged and it felt completely cheap wasn’t impressed with the shoes at all the brown leather definitely didn’t look the same as on the Nike hat one, if anybody else noticed that.

@@ABHTXx Crap really? I dont know..I just bit the bullet and grabbed size 11 off GOAT earlier. So..I hope the box looks ok, we'll see (eyeroll) The big reason I like getting them from retail stores...box is not damaged for the most part...or it looked like it went though a shredder. Tired of trying to see if restocks may - or may not come in...or when they do, I miss out by a few min. Been wanting them for months.
