Prick your sausages or turn the heat down. 165c is plenty to cook them. When using the air fryer because it's very efficient you can knock about 25% off whatever the packet states as the temp to cook at. Also have you tried jacket potatoes in the air fryer? Really nice and a lot quicker than using the oven. Especially using a big oven for one potato. I microwave it first for 5-6 mins and then whack in the air fryer on 165c for about 20 mins. At the end I'll cut it open and add some cheese and then melt the cheese in the air fryer. 😋

@@ShaneAndLisa as a general rule turn the temp down compared to what it states on the packet. 25% is my goto. Iceland do sell some products with air fry instructions on but you'd think it would be standard by now. The only thing I'll cook at the highest temperature is steak. But you just reduce the time. You need the hottest setting for steak to give it that nice crust on the outside.

@@ShaneAndLisa I buy the essentials sausages but the way I cook them is in stock in a casserole dish. Obviously you can't do it in an air fryer. It works really well for cheaper sausages.
