Air fryer Grilled Spatchcock Chicken
Ingredients:
-950g Young & Tender Whole Chicken
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-2 tbsp kalamansi / lemon juice
-2 tbsp brown sugar
-1 tbsp annatto oil or olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-smashed garlic
-smashed ginger
-smashed red onions
-lemongrass (smash and sliced)
Notes:
-cooking time may vary depend on the size of the chicken, so its better to check your chicken temperature when it is done.
-let the chicken rest inside the air fryer for 3-5 mins. residual heat from air fryer may continue cooking the chicken
-marinate overnight for best result
-it is better to taste the marinade sauce based on your preference.
