Ingredients
4 x 125g Fresh Cod loins: you can substitute for fillets too
30 g melted unsalted butter (about 2 tbsp)
1 Lemon sliced
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Looks great, functions great, and highly recommended.The buttons are touch (not pressure activated "touch"), which was a nice detail kzread.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB Perfect size for normal every day meals, and it cooks food very thoroughly. On preset settings upon first use, it cooked my chicken breasts to a crisp. Boarder line too dry, so next time I'll either decrease temperature or time. Not a bad thing, just a minor adjustment for next time. No oil was used, so food was clean to the touch. Excited to see how other meals will turn out.Will recommend to friends and family in the future!

Alarm
How come every cod recipe starts out after the Mcdonald's fish sandwich ad. I haven't had McDonalds since my kids were young. 20 years ago. But, a filet o fish looks tasty. I'll stick with this. With the cod from Costco.
