I just cooked these last night and I tucked the thin ends underneath and did not flip the chicken so they cooked evenly.
Watch at 1.25x😂
165 is the recommended temp for poultry 😊

there is some carry over cooking once you take them out and let them rest so it will reach that temperature.
A spray can would drastically reduce the wasted oil.
Much easier to get to the recipe this way. It is a struggle with the Shorts.
