Oh yes!! That would taste delicious with these chicken thighs :)

You neglected to add a basic food prep safety step: with any marinade, put aside an amount to brush on later - especially with chicken! Do NOT brush on the same marinade that you used to marinate the chicken with!

Lime juice and chicken is nasty

Good solid marinade. Maybe a brief acknowledgement that a good 10% of your viewing audience finds coriander and cilantro positively disgusting. 🧼
